2. Click and Collect

• Order Process: Orders can be placed online through our website for collection at our store. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is ready for collection.
• Collection: Orders must be collected from Factory 2/30 Bando Rd, Springvale, VIC 3171. Please bring your confirmation email and a valid ID when picking up your order. If someone else is collecting the order on your behalf, they will need to present their ID along with the confirmation email.
• Timeframe: Orders placed via Click and Collect will be ready for collection within 24 hours. We will notify you if there are any delays.
• Non-Collection: Orders not collected within 14 days will be cancelled, and a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

3. Products and Pricing

• Accuracy: While we strive to ensure that all product descriptions and prices are accurate, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
